Region Real Estate is located in Deinze – Hansbeke. This office is managed by 2 real estate agents since 2019. Region real estate is well known for its short sales cycles, 80% of their properties are sold before they got listed on their website. To get more seller leads they asked us to optimize their existing project and connect it to modern marketing technologies.

Basic technology
In order to collect the data we first needed to build the website with flexible technology. We don’t want to make a new website within 10 years. We do want to change the web design, create new landing pages, make news articles without heavy development costs in the future. That’s why we rebuild the website in its original design on the latest new technology.
Collecting data
We implemented our AMAI.IMMO API to collect the data from the website in the customers own database. After we connected this to software like: the real estate management software Zabun, Sweepbright, Whise and Omnicasa and lead follow up software like Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign.
We are ready for the future to change or adjust the project without heavy development costs our customers can follow up with the trends and start setting up lead generation strategies on social media and Google.
The money is in the follow-up
In this project, our focus was to collect the data in the right way. The basis of every digital project should be, collecting the data and following up with the data. We connected an email marketing software to the website, so customers will be followed up after they had the first contact. Based on their interest they receive personalized follow-up emails and social media advertisements to make them customers.
